Log it before you take your boots off

Pick the client, put in the amount, done. Two taps for a job you have done before. The running total sits there and grows on its own, so no Sunday night with a pile of dockets.

2End of the month

Send a link instead of an awkward message

Your entries come out as a clean summary or an invoice with a pay button on it. Copy the link into WhatsApp or email. Every line is dated and totalled, so nobody has to ask what it is for.

3Whenever they tap

They pay you, not us

The button points at your own Stripe, PayPal, Revolut or bank details. The money goes straight to you and never passes through SoftTally. Cash on the day works too: tap paid and the total clears.

The things people ask before they start

Short answers, because none of this should need a long one.

Does it work for cash jobs?

Perfectly, and they are the reason the daybook exists. Log the job, record the cash payment in the same two taps, and a proper receipt is ready to show or send.

Can I send receipts?

Yes. Every paid job gets one: show it on your phone, copy the link into a message, or email it. Receipts look as professional as any invoice.

Do I need Stripe or a bank setup?

No. Paste any link you already use, Stripe, PayPal.me or Revolut. No link at all? Leave it empty and they will message you for bank details.

Does my money go through you?

Never, and it never will. SoftTally writes the record and hands over the link. What your customer pays lands in your account.

What about privacy?

You never need a real name. “The Murphys, Tuesday 4pm” is enough. Links are unguessable, and deleting your account deletes the data with it.

What if I stop paying later?

Nothing goes behind a wall. Logging, links and export stay free, so you can always read your own notebook and take it with you.

Who runs this?

RisqBase, a small company in Zagreb that thinks getting paid should not be the hard part of working for yourself.
