Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and RisqBase, the company behind SoftTally, registered in Croatia at Zaostroska 3, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Email: softtally@risqbase.com. By creating an account you accept these terms.
What SoftTally is
SoftTally is a record-keeping tool: you log work done, it tallies what is owed, and you share a link so your clients can see and pay. It does not hold or move money on anyone's behalf. Payment links, cash and bank transfers are arrangements between you and your client, and RisqBase is not a party to them.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you log and share, and you need permission to share a client's payment details if you add them. You won't use the tool to send threatening or abusive messages. It is not legal, accounting or tax advice.
Fair use and availability
The service is provided as-is, free while we get going. We may add a paid tier later; core features stay free. We may stop or change the service with reasonable notice, and you can delete your account and data at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RisqBase is not liable for losses from using the service, including missed or delayed payments. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Croatian or EU consumer law.
