Who runs SoftTally?
SoftTally is made by RisqBase, a registered company in Croatia, at Zaostroska 3, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. RisqBase is the data controller. For anything above, email softtally@risqbase.com.
What we store
For providers: email, display name, clients (as labels you choose), the pieces of work you log, your statements and payment records. We store no real names of the people who settle your statements unless you type one into a label. Payment details (links) are your own - we just store the link text.
What we never do
We never handle money, run ads, put pixels on pages to track you across the web, or sell anything about you. Analytics, if any, is our own privacy-preserving tooling.
Payers
If a provider sends you a link, you see only that statement: items, totals, a pay button. No account needed, and nothing is collected about you - unless you opt into a one-off reminder, in which case we keep your email only until the reminder is sent and then delete it.
Your rights
You can delete your account from Settings at any time - that wipes every row we hold about you. You can also ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it. Complaints may go to us first, then to AZOP, the Croatian data protection authority, or your local supervisory authority.
